Or that they contain water, fiber, and protein...

You may be surprised to find out, but this one vegetable has been shown to 1) strip away belly fat at an accelerated rate, and 2) gently detox your body to allow for faster and easier weight loss.
The vegetable I am talking about is cayenne peppers!
I know, cayenne peppers are more known for their heat and spice, which is exactly why they are the perfect solution to 1) eliminating toxins and those pesky xenoestrogens from your body, and 2) accelerating your metabolism to effortlessly burn stubborn fat in the areas covering your belly, butt, hips, and thighs.
Now, you’re probably asking, “how could this be?”
Well, it’s very simple. Cayenne pepper contains a potent substance—called capsaicin—that has been linked to numerous health benefits.

In a more recent study, subjects supplemented with a very LOW DOSE of capsaicin (in a beadlet form), lost MORE weight and belly fat compared to the placebo group.
The researchers noted: “This study is significant because it shows that a low dose of capsaicinoids from Capsimax has a significant effect on reducing belly fat as measured by the waist-to-hip ratio (WHR). WHR indicates how fat is distributed across the abdomen and hips and is a better predictor of future health risk than just measuring body weight alone. In fact, WHR has been shown to be a better predictor of cardiovascular disease than body-mass index.

The breakdown of the study shows that subjects supplemented with 2 mg of capsaicin (in beadlet form), lost 2.5 percent MORE belly fat in only 6 weeks!
TIP: The beadlet technology allows for the capsaicin to bypass digestion in the stomach and instead get broken down and absorbed by the intestines. This prevents the burning sensation associated with capsaicin, but still gives you all the appetite-controlling and weight loss benefits.
